April 15, 2025I initially chose The Bixby for proximity to my job, but once I toured the building I knew this was home. From the moment I contacted the leasing office for a tour, I’ve had nothing but professional interactions with every member of the staff from the office, maintenance, etc. If I ever have a question or issue, they respond immediately and with truly genuine care. I moved from several states away so had slight sticker shock at Massachusetts’ rent prices, but The Bixby is luxurious for an ...excellent price and comparable to the local area’s independent landlords. The only utility I pay is electricity, where almost every other place I looked at didn’t include utilities at all, didn’t allow pets, and were priced higher! They have a keyless entry system which is very convenient; letting guests/deliveries in without needing to go down to the lobby has been a perk I didn’t know I was missing until now! I’m very glad that I chose The Bixby, and would highly recommend this community to anyone.Property Manager Responded

The only small downside is the tight parking spots but the building location, the apartment decor/furnishings, the thick walls that prevent hearing neighbors is what makes this the perfect place to live.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024Place is great, however the leasing agent is not friendly, did not seem to care during every encounter, and just always seems to be in a bad mood. She is not approachable, nor comes off as if she cares about your best interest. Conversation with her is hard to conduct, and limited. The unit pre move in was dirty, and was not cleaned. Although I do love this apt, I was very unimpressed when moving in with how it was not close to move in ready. Great place overall, just very poor when it comes ...to the little things that matter.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2024It’s a nice quiet community! And what my husband and I were looking for! Big space and lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Rent includes parking garage services which is a blessing! No more cleaning my car off!Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2024Seems nice at first. However, was severely disappointed about the parking situation being misled to believe I would have 2 spots. Upon moving in realized the carpet was never cleaned, vacuuming pulled up what felt like years worth of pet hair and dust build up. The oven also does not work... despite having moved in, I can't actually start living here since I can't cook. For the cost, this place should be light years better than it is.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024It’s fine. Garage is insane sometimes packages just go to random spots becoming more of a hide and seek. Good spot close to commuter rail, pets allowed, garage is just hell. Prices are insane. Staff is nice.Property Manager Responded

The staff goes above and beyond to cater to every need, helpful concierge recommendations, their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Beyond the comfort of my apartment, the restaurants out here are outstanding. Whether indulging in sports bars, enjoying a delicious meal, or lounging by the dock with breathtaking views, every moment has been a delightful experience. Exploring ...the surrounding area has also been a pleasure. The location is ideal, offering convenient access to cultural landmarks, vibrant markets, and scenic landscapes.
