The Blake Apartments
December 18, 2017The Blake works really well for me as a SCAD student. The location is really convenient for all of my academic classes and within walking distance to Hamilton Hall which is where all my major classes take place. The Blake= The best!
June 14, 2017I love living at the Blake! Its so close to downtown as well as my classes for SCAD. Its really nice to be able to walk to class in the morning and take in all of downtown. Also being able to have a pool, gym, and a studio space is so nice to have within the building. Also not having to buy my own internet is awesome. It just comes with the building! I would recommend The Blake to anyone who is interested in living downtown Savannah.Property Manager Responded

The BEST place in Savannah!!
June 9, 2017It's so close to Downtown Savannah that I can literally walk everywhere! I also love that it is pet friendly because I needed a place that would accommodate me and my pup. The staff and maintenance are amazing and always available to help!Property Manager Responded

literally the only pet friendly student living in savannah
June 8, 2017I live here because it is downtown, within my budget, and I can have my cat (all of the other ""student housing"" buildings in Savannah don't allow pets). The delay happened, but I don't think it's managements fault that two hurricanes hit savannah.. they provided a really nice hotel (the embassy suites) and even gave me $25 a day and provided me a place to stay until we could move into the blake.. I really have never had a problem with maintenance or staff. my light went out and the maintenance ...guy fixed it in like two hours. Some of the residents here obviously don't care about the building so they'll purposely vandalize it, but the office cleans up what they can and hires people to pressure wash or paint over what they can't. I like the area, its downtown but not directly on mlk so we dont get that noise. also.. the blake isn't in yamacraw villiage or out on victory so i consider that a win lolProperty Manager Responded

The Best!
June 6, 2017I live here because it is downtown, within my budget, and pet friendly. The Blake's staff and maintenance always go above and beyond to help you with whatever I need. There was a delay at move-in but they gave us gift cards and put us up in some of the nicest hotels in Savannah.Review from Apartments.com
Love it!
June 6, 2017I love living here at The Blake! The staff is nice and very helpful with any questions I have regarding my lease. Each resident gets their own PRIVATE BATHROOM, which I love. No more sharing one bathroom with three other people. Also there is a 24 hour fitness center so if I want to workout at 3 in the morning I can.
