Poor customer service

Maintenance requests are ignored. The office closes early on a holiday weekend without addressing maintenance issues. I will be without my oven for days until the office decides to address it. And my rent is being raised by 200 dollars a month. If you like being frustrated and disappointed- this is the place for you.

Our service tech did stop by on Memorial Day to ensure your oven was working properly. I hope that we were able to rectify any concerns you were having regarding your oven. I love living at the Blake except I live alone and once in a huge while, I can use help to move things. The parking has had Bro lens but I see that you are fixing the problem. I like what youre doing to fix it with stickers for residence. The apartments are beautiful and everyone is nice. Very loaded kitchen with tons of cabinets and counter top room for a one bedroom. The complex is clean and beautiful, the apartments are immaculate and match the picture perfectly. I am very excited to see what the next 14 months at this complex!!! The amenities are very up to date and the residents events are very fun and occur regularly.
