July 24, 2025The Blockyard is a great community for young adults. I prefer living in a smaller apartment complex, and I love that there aren't too many units. Although I haven't used them often, there are great amenities at the apartment, and I appreciate that the staff is always maintaining the community areas as best as possible. I would argue that there need a bit better insulation, which I'm not sure they can resolve, but twice I have dealt with ungodly loud neighbors and it makes me believe that the ...insulation process was not super great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The staff is helpful and competent, and there's a sense of actually wanting your time living here to be good (can't say the same for other places in the neighborhood).
