July 24, 2025The Blockyard is a great community for young adults. I prefer living in a smaller apartment complex, and I love that there aren't too many units. Although I haven't used them often, there are great amenities at the apartment, and I appreciate that the staff is always maintaining the community areas as best as possible. I would argue that there need a bit better insulation, which I'm not sure they can resolve, but twice I have dealt with ungodly loud neighbors and it makes me believe that the ...insulation process was not super great.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 25, 2025Only just moved in but so far my experience has been wonderful, especially compared to other similar types of apartment complexes. The staff is helpful and competent, and there's a sense of actually wanting your time living here to be good (can't say the same for other places in the neighborhood).
