Love it! The pool is amazing and has a great view! Any issues in the apt are fixed very fast. The rooms are big and the walk-in closet is awesome!

The Bluff has great floor plan options for a reasonable price. I have not had any major issues with anything, other than construction taking up most of the underground parking.

There have been giant poles up for months. Construction is claimed to be going on but nothing is happening. It blocks off parking to the point where you literally cannot park anywhere and not block someone else's car.

The amenities are very nice and up to date. The apartments are undergoing construction but have spacious balconies and multiple windows. It’s also pet friendly and has a cute little dog park.

Very clean, nice staff. Only issue faced so far is bad communication with maintenance. The problem did get fixed though a week later. Property manager had quick and effective communication.
