There are alot of dog owners on this property and unfortunately they do not clean up after their animals. Makes it nearly impossible for children to play on the grass. You must look down at your feet while you walk on the property or you will wreck your shoes.

Maintenance has been my only real issue and I’m fingers crossed with the new management that they find a way to get that in order. Otherwise, beautiful homes, extremely reasonable pricing, a central hub to Riley, Manhattan, Topeka, etc.

Apartments are nice, have a lot of perks including the balcony and the washer and dryer being included. We’ve been living here a year and haven’t had many issues. We never hear our neighbors and other than people not cleaning up after their dogs the property is great.

Size and rent price is good for the area, comes with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. staff is helpful and maintenance fixed my washer when I had an issue, they were short staffed so it took some time but other than that they did a good job . I’ve been here for 6 months and haven’t had any major issues, and am overall happy with the place. There’s nice amenities in the complex and a good amount of parking.

We moved her last year. I couldn't go see the place or sign the lease in person. The lady was very nice and helped me out and let me do everything over email. Been living here a year and its a really nice please to live in. Very speedy on maintenance requests.

They are really accommodating and helpful when something goes wrong even though they are sometimes understaffed they are quick to make problems right when you catch something. Overall best renting experience I've had. The apartments have anything you could need already as far as appliances go, and even with it being such a huge complex it still feels private. Some people have had poor experiences but I promise we haven't had a single problem that wasn't quickly resolved. The office even takes the ...
