Beautiful Community, Unstable Rising Fees Though.
October 9, 2025I've been living here for about a year now. My home is beautiful and so is the community. The leasing agents always have a warm spirit. Maintenance team is always on point as well. However, my rent is not the same consistently every month. My fees are not the same and sometimes they increase over the months. I also feel like I've been cheated out of the storage space in the closets in my units. As much as I pay in rent here, you would think you would actually have a walk in closet. I don't like ...that I have very limited closet storage space. Other than the lack of storage space and fees, I don't have any other complaints. This is something for future tenants to think about before signing a lease here.Property Manager Responded

Best Community for Families
March 28, 2025I have lived here for the last 3 years and would like to say this community is amazing. The staff here are so friendly and love their job, it shows in everything they do in the community. They know my whole family by name and friends who visit regularly. They host free events every month and they are so much fun. We recently had neighbors across from us who where very rude and didn't maintain their space, as well as disrespected others and our patio/lawn spaces. We went to the office with our ...concerns and they listened empathetically and took our concerns personal. They works so diligently to repeatedly clean up for these neighbors almost everyday and our spaces as well to ensure we where taken care of. They maintained this every morning and afternoon until they recently moved out. The staff here is amazing and they go above and beyond for all out needs. While they couldn't help that some people don't care about others or being respectful, they took the strongest approach to counter act it and checked in with us often to ensure we felt taken care of in our needs. Beautiful property
July 16, 2024This is one of the most beautiful and clean properties I have lived at. I have been here for a year and have had such a great experience. The grounds are always clean, great staff and great perks. I love attending their monthly events like the paint and sip night, wine tasting class and pool parties. Worst renting experience
July 6, 2024My fiancée and I lived at the bluffs for 2 years. The first year was AMAZING! The second year, things started to fall apart with all the changes in management. When we moved parking spaces they failed to change it in their system. When we got back from our vacation over the holidays they had her car towed since they failed to save it. They also failed to take responsibility and we ended up paying $250 to get the car back with not even an apology. Leaving was the best thing we did. Sent me to collections without notice
February 20, 2024I lived there and there were never any issues, never any late payments and never caused any issues for the complex. I moved out and everything was fine, I even called the office to make sure everything was good. its 2 years later after I moved out and I'm now being contacted by a collection agency! They sent me to collections over $71, messed up my credit and never made any reasonable attempts to even let me know that I owed them money much less sending me to collections.Property Manager Responded
