I’ve been here for 2 years and we love it. The bus stop is right there and very close to the grocery stores. Maintenance is always done as soon as we request it. Close to the hospital, community college and schools. We definitely planning to stay here longer.

I loved my apartment aesthetically. It was on the top floor, it was right next to the playground for when my little cousin would come over and it was spacious. Maintenance fixed issues fairly quickly and without intrusion, there were no mice or rodents/bugs and the bus stop was right outside. that's where my positives end. The hot water lasted for maybe a minute (and that's if you get in right away). The machine to refill your card for laundry was always either broken or hard to use. I had to ...
leave for my safety because of an unruly, mentally unstable neighbor in the same building and the leasing office would not let me out of my lease whatsoever even after I gave them countless pieces of evidence of the situation. Even worse, they continued to let the guy live at the residence. They don't care about their tenants. Find someplace else.

False charges after moving out

They are trying to charge me for countertops that I did not damage and just had normal wear and tear. Stay away from them because they do not have integrity.

Don't even think about applying to live here

This place is cheap for a reason. We applied for apartment almost two weeks ago and the incompetent leasing staff held onto our application with no communication until the day it was going to be canceled to finally follow up with us. Everytime we called the office, nobody answered the phone and when we left a message...nobody called back. You are better off paying more money for a better community elsewhere in Columbia.

Would never recommend. No hot water in the shower or laundry theres either none at all or some kind of timer that only lasts 1-3 mins, drafty air in the winter instead of hot from the heater, walls so thin overweight people walking will keep you awake 24/7, plumbing sounds in the walls that keep you awake when people take showers or baths, also any sounds like music or arguing will also keep you from sleeping, bugs, mold, appliances that never get fixed by maintenance, cigarette smoke and any ...
kind of fumes from other apartments and the hallway get into your apartment and cause serious problems that even opening windows wont get rid of. Seems like fumes and smells come through the vents also. Dont do it to yourself. Trust me. Animals in a zoo live better. Atleast they can sleep at night

i’m fighting my lease to get out of here. where do i even start? the walls are thin so you can here everything! the neighbors are always fighting the maintenance is absolutely incompetent and intrusive! if you don’t answer the door they will come in whenever they feel like it you don’t get to reserve a time for them to come. the appliances are always breaking down and not to mention THEY HAVE A RODENT PROBLEM!! PLEASE DONT COME HERE
