    My family and I have been living at The Bluffs of Tierra Contenta for 5 years and we never have problems. When we requested something to be fixed, they came the next morning. The mechanics know what they're doing and they are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very kind to one another, and there's a library right across the street where the kids can easily go without any problems. Overall, it's worth living here and my family has been happy and safe since we moved in.
