Worst Rental Experience — Ongoing Bed Bug Issue
April 11, 2026If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, our apartment was not even properly cleaned before our move-in date, which set the tone for everything that followed. The most serious issue has been an ongoing bed bug infestation that started in December and is STILL not resolved. This is a serious health and safety concern, and management has failed to properly address it despite multiple complaints. The property ...manager, Beck, is extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Any time you try to bring up concerns, she avoids accountability, cuts conversations short, and makes you feel like a burden instead of a resident. To make matters worse, she refuses to provide corporate contact information when requested, which feels very intentional. Management here clearly does not prioritize tenants or basic living conditions. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

The Bluffs at Tierra Contenta
August 12, 2015My family and I have been living at The Bluffs of Tierra Contenta for 5 years and we never have problems. When we requested something to be fixed, they came the next morning. The mechanics know what they're doing and they are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is very kind to one another, and there's a library right across the street where the kids can easily go without any problems. Overall, it's worth living here and my family has been happy and safe since we moved in.Review from Apartments.com
