Parking is a hassle here!
April 1, 2024Cars are stolen and not secure. Anyone can access the renters' parking lot. In addition, they have a private contractor that fines you in a private parking lot to get money from you. The city of Lake Worth is not authorized to fine you in the building's parking lot floors 3-5.Property Manager Responded

Needs a lot of work
March 21, 2023Serious electrical and plumbing issues, bicycle thefts, perimeter smells like raw sewage, garage gate always left open, neighborhood covered in broken glass. That just scratches the surface. It’s new so I guess that makes it luxury.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
March 2, 2023Absolutely do not recommend! Serious electrical issues that they do not disclose of ,just for you to move in and have everything constantly shutting off. There’s never an actual solution. They just keep putting you off to the side with the same excuse. Don’t waste your time.Property Manager Responded

Renter beware
January 30, 2023Fake luxury the neighborhood is atrocious. The hallways smell like marijuana. The trash is lest in the lobby outside of the service elevator. Parking gate is left open. Plumbing and breaker issues.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Property
October 19, 2022Right off of lake Ave, 4 min drive to the beach, you can bike and walk if you want, the amenities are amazing. Not to mention food and drinks are just a walk downstairs and across the street. I love living here :)Property Manager Responded
