I lived here for one longgg year. Within that year, my AC had gone out multiple times, I called maintenance multiple times and while it was 100 degrees outside and 80 degrees in my apartment, that told me that they can't help. My electric bill was $300 for an 800 sq ft apartment due to the lack of actually fixing issues. There is gun shots almost nightly, it's not a safe area. The roach infestation was awful. I contacted management about this issues so many times. I would kill about 10 roaches a ...
day (On the stove, my kids beds, the bathrooms, the pantry) and I am a very clean person. Maintenance would let themselves in without any notice. The entire property smells like weed, even if you do not smoke, it comes in through the closets and even Scentsy's and air freshers couldn't get the job done. Do not move here. I never do reviews, but this was the worst place I have ever lived by a landslide.
