It's a great location with walkability to some of Austin's top outdoor destinations like barton springs, zilker park, deep eddy and the greenbelt. Every part of the moving process, from the first contact with the leasing staff to the resources, facilities and apartment itself - it has been absolutely outstanding. Renting an apartment in the United States whilst located overseas was a daunting process but the Boulevard at Town Lake made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to Austin! January 30, 2025Everything is really really great. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is wonderful but the parking spaces are much too narrow. They’re all built for compact cars.
