Best of both worlds
December 31, 2025The Boulevard has almost all the benefits of living downtown with almost none of the drawbacks. I'm going to miss walking to the trail and being 10 minutes from everything. The community feels secluded and safe, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The buildings are a bit older but I had no big issues and maintenance was quick to resolve anything minor that came up. I loved my time here!Property Manager Responded
