April 9, 2025So many things I enjoy about living at the Boulevard. It's peaceful. It's a great location with walkability to some of Austin's top outdoor destinations like barton springs, zilker park, deep eddy and the greenbelt. Every part of the moving process, from the first contact with the leasing staff to the resources, facilities and apartment itself - it has been absolutely outstanding. Renting an apartment in the United States whilst located overseas was a daunting process but the Boulevard at Town Lake made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone moving to Austin! January 30, 2025Everything is really really great. The staff is wonderful. Maintenance is wonderful but the parking spaces are much too narrow. They’re all built for compact cars. January 20, 2025Mostly good place to live. Nice amenities, great location. Maintenance is responsive but we’ve needed tons of repairs since moving in, including repeated visits on the same problems — including a leaking sink and leaking AC unit. Plus our dishwasher is 10 years old, disgusting, and doesn’t function well. There has been minimal recognition from management that so many problems are out of the ordinary, let alone much attempt at remedy other than reactive fixes.Property Manager Responded
