The appliances and apartment features all appear to be relatively new, and for he most part the hallways and common areas are kept clean. There definitely is a lack of community to some degree, but that could be due to being new to the area. He can walk to and from with his friends , they can stop by one of the delicious eating spots along their route from school, I can hop on the lodge freeway and go to work() my parents stay five minutes away.
