The Boulavard is an amazing complex that feels safe, and clean, and provides a "homey" feeling of Detroit. Kassem is the best! The office staff is always great to talk with and the Amazon hub in the lobby is extremely convenient. The building is very diverse so everyone will definitely feel welcome.

The Boulevard is a very nice building with plenty of solid features for young adults. The appliances and apartment features all appear to be relatively new, and for he most part the hallways and common areas are kept clean. There definitely is a lack of community to some degree, but that could be due to being new to the area. It would be nice to see the surrounding area around the building build up a little bit more, as there aren't many nice restaurants or bars within a 1 mile walk of the ...

Im extremely satisfied My number one reason for selecting The Boulevard, was the close proximity to my sons school. He can walk to and from with his friends , they can stop by one of the delicious eating spots along their route from school, I can hop on the lodge freeway and go to work() my parents stay five minutes away. Doesnt get any better than that.. oh yeah!! almost forgot minutes away from downtown
