July 29, 2022The Boulevard is a very nice building with plenty of solid features for young adults. The appliances and apartment features all appear to be relatively new, and for he most part the hallways and common areas are kept clean. There definitely is a lack of community to some degree, but that could be due to being new to the area. It would be nice to see the surrounding area around the building build up a little bit more, as there aren't many nice restaurants or bars within a 1 mile walk of the ...complex.Property Manager Responded

He can walk to and from with his friends , they can stop by one of the delicious eating spots along their route from school, I can hop on the lodge freeway and go to work() my parents stay five minutes away.
