October 16, 2025I absolutely love living at The Boulevard! Even though it’s an apartment community, the building truly feels like home by how it is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The neighborhood is one of my favorite parts. It’s close to everything I need, yet still quiet and laid-back, which makes it the perfect balance. However, when I needed to move urgently because of a problem with the apartment that was not caused by me, I was not well supported for the move and was moved into an apartment with myriad issues that did not get addressed despite my repeated requets.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2024My experience here has honestly not been good at all. I would not recommend this apartment to any of my friends. Construction has been horrendous, I have yet to be compensated for anything that happened with the damage in my apartment even though you guys are giving out a full month free to people moving in, when I am a current resident and actually living through it. And now this situation with the outlets, also due to construction, and its been 4 days and I get a notification its been fixed ...when it hasn’t been.Property Manager Responded
