Living at The Boulevard has been great. The location is unmatched. This is by far the best maintenance staff I've ever had at any apartment complex I've lived in. They are timely, even for after hours emergencies. The leasing staff are easily accessible if needed. I have never felt unsafe on the property no matter time of day which is a huge comfort to me. I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking to relocate to the area.

I absolutely love living at The Boulevard! Even though it’s an apartment community, the building truly feels like home by how it is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The neighborhood is one of my favorite parts. It’s close to everything I need, yet still quiet and laid-back, which makes it the perfect balance. This is a great apartment complex. It provides a great sense of community as they try to host events to bring their residents together. The boulevard is clean and the layouts of the floor plans and well done and thought through. It’s a cute complex that I plan on staying with in the future!
