July 16, 2024I was initially pleased with my residency at the boulevard. However, when I needed to move urgently because of a problem with the apartment that was not caused by me, I was not well supported for the move and was moved into an apartment with myriad issues that did not get addressed despite my repeated requets.Property Manager Responded

July 4, 2024My experience here has honestly not been good at all. I would not recommend this apartment to any of my friends. Construction has been horrendous, I have yet to be compensated for anything that happened with the damage in my apartment even though you guys are giving out a full month free to people moving in, when I am a current resident and actually living through it. And now this situation with the outlets, also due to construction, and its been 4 days and I get a notification its been fixed ...when it hasn’t been.Property Manager Responded

July 1, 2024Moving in to the Boulevard was quick and easy. Management always responded as soon as possible and I love they’re open on Sundays.
