It's convenient located near downtown and midtown. The complex is only a few years old and built along the beltline, so base rent should be much higher but it's really affordable. The specials and unit prices for all studios that were available when I first toured were held for me for 7 days (I think it was 7?) so I knew I had time to look around and then come back if I wanted to. From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by how clean, quiet and well maintained the community is. Its also very pet friendly! My dog absolutely loves the dog park! The appliances are modern and top tier. I've also had nothing but great experiences with the leasing team. Mekhai is always very helpful and welcoming, and Brenda the property manager was actually the one who gave me my initial tour, she truly goes above and beyond. I ...almost moved into the complex across the street (Skylark), but after experiencing major communication issues there, I am so glad I chose The Boulevard instead.
