May 12, 2025Don’t move here if you are looking for ‘ quiet enjoyment of your home’. I’m breaking my lease because of the ridiculous amount of noise from neighbors, vehicles, people being loud in the front of the building, etc. If I’m willing to pay $4K plus to move 6 months early, SPEAKS VOLUMES!!Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2024No visitor parking. The elevators break every week. Nice amenities and staff but they don’t care about any inconveniences as they are almost always “out of their hands” save yourself the trouble. It is unacceptable for the prices we pay.Property Manager Responded

We strive to provide a top-notch experience for everyone to make the living experience the best it can be. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience during the time period of an elevator repair, as we have been working diligently with the elevator company to complete their required repair. Fortunately, we have 2 additional elevators fully operational in the meantime, until they are completed with their work. We greatly appreciate your patience! Additionally, our visitor parking is located in the parking spots in the garage before the residential gate.
