I love where I live and I live where I love. Moving into the Boundary in Feb 2022 is the best move for me in a long time. The office ladies, Amy & Erin are fabulous in every way and always available. Mr. David, our maintenance manager is always there to help too. I feel safe and secure here and lots of friendly folks. Erin showed me my apartment here and I’m in the very same one now. Thank you, Erin! The Boundary is easy access to the grocery store, nice restaurants, hair, tan, and nail salons ...

and carry out food as well. As I said before I love where I live and l live where I love.

I just love my apartment. I moved in recently to a freshly renovated apartment and everything is new. my apartment has just been freshly painted along with all brand new appliances .,lights and fixtures. This property is quiet and located off the beaten path like a long lost gem.

Buildings are Old and LOUD!!!

Far from excellent! The buildings might have been refurbished but this place is only livable if you get a room on the second floor... ever since I’ve got here I have heard every single movement and footstep from the people above me. Waking me up from a sound sleep almost every day... you just can’t get a break from the constant creaking and banging from people walking and running around the apartment above... can’t imagine staying for longer than 6 months. I’m dreading living here for another 5. ...

Literally driving me crazy staying here and it’s only been a month! Good luck to anybody that gets trapped into a 6 month stay, I DONT recommend this place if your looking for a quiet stay..

The Boundary is a beautiful and safe place to live in. The place is well maintained, the staff are polite and very accommodating. The grounds are always clean and they've made a lot of updates. It is conveniently located and close by to a lot of establishments including grocery stores, hospital, dollar stores, fast food chains, gas station. It's a great community for the price.

False advertising!

Apartments look nothing like what they’re advertising. The apartments are old, the floors makes sounds when you walk, walls are VERY thin, and good luck getting anything fixed. P.s. they show you the model apartment first and the model house looks nothing like the actual apartment your getting.
