Expensive, construction all around!

Background: I have lived here almost 2 years. Im a young professional.
Cons: Its an expensive place and there is construction all around usually going about 6 days a week. One time they were doing construction until midnight. I do not see an end in sight as they have multiple projects coming and currently have been working on one since i moved in about 2 years ago. If you want sleep, dont choose this place. Also, the package system is terrible. Its this room that you can get access to in order ...
to pickup a package (luxor system). In theory, it is a good idea but the packages are all over the place and difficult to find your own. Also, things go missing pretty frequently. The pool is always crowded with other residents and loads of guest (does not seem there is a limit).
Pros: I will say the maintenance is quick and reliable, the staff is nice. The gym is big and nice too.
