Will soon be relocating to NWA and have been exploring options in NWA. Was highly impressed by the team and community at The Bowie. The property and grounds are nicely manicured and well kept. The team is knowledgeable and friendly and eager for leases. Will be recommending to fellow colleagues relocating here, as well.

This is the Best place to live in Springdale AR.
I lived here for five months, nice, safe, friendly, and super clean inside and outside. I loved it
The apartments themselves are very nice.
The office staff are great especially Samantha. She is amazing and always ready to help. Maintenance person Alex. He is super nice, so polite and friendly. He work so quick and doing a great job to fix the problem so fast
The Bowie is an amazing place to live.
