November 8, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the Best place to live in Springdale AR. I lived here for five months, nice, safe, friendly, and super clean inside and outside. I loved it The apartments themselves are very nice. The office staff are great especially Samantha. She is amazing and always ready to help. Maintenance person Alex. He is super nice, so polite and friendly. He work so quick and doing a great job to fix the problem so fast The Bowie is an amazing place to live.
