The property is beautiful, the pool and amenities are top quality, and the community around it has everything you could want close by. It’s a place that feels welcoming the moment you drive in. But the biggest reason this place stands out is the people. Christopher, Susan, and work orders get handled unbelievably fast (usually within an hour), communication is ...clear and respectful, and you can tell they genuinely care about residents’ happiness. They work so hard to make sure everything is in excellent shape, and they take time to get to know the residents. They always say hello or wave when we see them. August 18, 2025When I first went to go pick up my key, Miss Susan was wonderful. She introduced me to Mr. Henry and Mr. Adrian and they have all taken really good care of me through the move-in process. Everybody’s been super sweet super helpful very accommodating. I’m looking forward to my leasing experience under this management. Additionally, I recently brought a concern to the Cortland Brackenridge team, and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. July 9, 2025I would not recommend cortland Brackenridge to anyone. It seems nice when you come in and tour the place. But once you are a customer and are living here, you no longer get treated with any appreciation or priority at all. The place is not friendly and even the management staff go out of their way not to help. When we go to get a package, the management team always looks at us like, what now. We had high hopes for this place. The one good thing this place has going for it, is the Maintenace ...staff is quick to respond.
