    The maintenance team is the best there is. Henry, Adrian, Junior are kind, courteous, and always helpful. They work so hard to make sure everything is in excellent shape, and they take time to get to know the residents. They always say hello or wave when we see them. They take care of us like we are family! Olga does a wonderful job keeping things clean and neat. We really appreciate her.

    When I first went to go pick up my key, Miss Susan was wonderful. She introduced me to Mr. Henry and Mr. Adrian and they have all taken really good care of me through the move-in process. Everybody’s been super sweet super helpful very accommodating. I’m looking forward to my leasing experience under this management.     I would not recommend cortland Brackenridge to anyone. It seems nice when you come in and tour the place. But once you are a customer and are living here, you no longer get treated with any appreciation or priority at all. The place is not friendly and even the management staff go out of their way not to help. When we go to get a package, the management team always looks at us like, what now.     Great location! Some restaurants & parks are easily walkable. Staff is great always friendly & helpful. Lots of community events to attend so you can meet other residents, grab refreshments & be social for a bit. Pet friendly, dog park is large & open with a few skill building obstacles. Plenty of Pet waste stations throughout the complex as well.
