    The maintenance team is the best there is. Henry, Adrian, Junior are kind, courteous, and always helpful. They work so hard to make sure everything is in excellent shape, and they take time to get to know the residents. They always say hello or wave when we see them.     I would not recommend cortland Brackenridge to anyone. It seems nice when you come in and tour the place. But once you are a customer and are living here, you no longer get treated with any appreciation or priority at all. The place is not friendly and even the management staff go out of their way not to help. When we go to get a package, the management team always looks at us like, what now. Lots of community events to attend so you can meet other residents, grab refreshments & be social for a bit. Pet friendly, dog park is large & open with a few skill building obstacles.
