No AC in summer
July 21, 2023I had no air conditioning in my apartment for ONE WEEK in the middle of summer. There was no communication this entire time. I had to find places to stay that entire week because it was so miserable!! The apartment is doing nothing to discount rent. Horrible customer service.Property Manager Responded

Our team responded and charged the unit several times to keep things comfortable while waiting on the new unit to be rushed. It was then installed within an hour of its delivery to the property. We do apologize for the inconvenience of a situation beyond our control, but we corrected the situation as efficiently as possible. December 13, 2021I would give zero starts if I could. Someone rammed into the parking garage entry gates on the main level and basement level and those gates have been out of order for over a week if not two weeks. They left the exit gates open 24/7 which is a huge red flag for safety reasons. And what do you know my car got broken into!
