Large clean apartments in a quiet neighborhood

My family moved into the Bradford about a week ago. From the very beginning, our whole move in process was a positive one. The office staff, Clarissa and Amy, are both very sweet and helpful. They made the application and move in paperwork simple and answered any questions I had. The apartments are quiet, and very nice inside. I am so happy to have found such a nice community that was within my budget!

Great place to live

It’s a quite neighborhood. The amenities are great. Washer and dryer in the apartment, trash pick up, and plenty of room to walk dogs. The apartments are spacious. They maintain the apartments grounds. Rent is affordable. And maintenance request are completed within a reasonable time frame.

So far my time here has been a pleasant one at that. Area is maintained. They have doggie stations every where with baggies on a pole. Community is clean quiet. Seems most of everyone keeps to themselves. it is a bit pricey however your in college town duh. Staff is respectful down to earth and will help anyway possible. Better then where I was living in Saginaw by far.

Not luxury living they promote

The water bill is included they charge so much in fees and base rates. Fees and base rate is 1/2 of the charges in water use... doubling your water bill. The staff honestly sucks, they're not helpful and they don't care about residents. They'll promote luxury living and it's far from it. The grounds are dirty, the pool is dirty, the don't even change light bulbs.

It's a great place to live. On first move in alot was not taken care of and the office people might have felt like I was mad but I just wanted everything to be good in the appartment as this is our home. All in all I like the community and have no complaints.

The only way I?d recommend is to get a third level apartment. Too many kids live on 3rd level which is horrible with the constant jumping and banging.
