Large clean apartments in a quiet neighborhood

The office staff, Clarissa and Amy, are both very sweet and helpful. They made the application and move in paperwork simple and answered any questions I had. July 10, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comSo far my time here has been a pleasant one at that. Area is maintained. They have doggie stations every where with baggies on a pole. Community is clean quiet. Seems most of everyone keeps to themselves. it is a bit pricey however your in college town duh. Staff is respectful down to earth and will help anyway possible. Not luxury living they promote
May 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThe water bill is included they charge so much in fees and base rates. Fees and base rate is 1/2 of the charges in water use... doubling your water bill. The staff honestly sucks, they're not helpful and they don't care about residents. They'll promote luxury living and it's far from it.
