This is a solid place to live if you're looking to be near the action of Downtown Providence in an apartment that is modern. Thankfully utility bills here are reasonable since the place is newer / remodeled in this century. There's plenty to do nearby, and great food options on Atwells. The landlords are hands off and fairly receptive if you need anything. The apartment itself is also solid, and the appliances, shower, etc... are fairly new. The only thing you should be cognizant of, during the ...
summer Atwells Avenue can get pretty loud in the evening. Cars & Motorcycles like to rev their engines, blast their music and make themselves known. Took me a few weeks to get used to, but other than that I had no issues at this place. If you have an aversion to noisy locations this may not be the place for you
