Great Location and Awesome Management

I Loved this place!
The apartment building is located on a main street filled with different types of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. There is a pharmacy and supermarket close by.
The apartment building is very clean with a modern decor, security cameras inside common areas and outside. There is also a parking lot, elevator and a quaint little park right outside the door where I used to play with my dog. It’s within walking distance from the Providence mall and one block away from the ...
highway(95). There is public transportation and the commuter rail is close. You don’t need a car if you live here.
My apartment had high ceilings, hard wood floors, newer appliances, walk-in closet, large windows, washer/dryer, and more.
When I first moved in, I met the owner. She came and introduced herself to me and made sure that any issue that I had was immediately addressed.
I had an opportunity out of state, and I had to move before my lease was up. The owner was wonderful. She found a new tenant and released me early, with no problems.
Best of all, the building is family owned and she treated me like family. That made me feel good, since my family was so far away.
If you are looking for a place that is safe, clean, quiet and close to everything, you found it.
This is definitely a must see!
