December 29, 2021Moved in here back in July. As soon as I had the keys and entered the apartment it was obvious that moving into this complex was a mistake. The apartment itself reeked of cigarette smoke, to the point it was unlivable. I had to spend a number of days living at my girlfriends apartment while they attempted multiple strategies to remove the smell. Following those efforts, the smell eventually came back, seaping into all of my clothes and furniture. The management did zero follow up afterwards so I ...found a new place to live as soon as I possibly could. I've now had to purchase new furniture and wash my clothes multiple times in order to get out the smell. The complex itself refused to give me any sort of discounted rent or early lease breakage and put it on me for not following up for a problem them should have noticed prior to me moving in. I very much do not recommend living here but if you decide to anyway, ensure you get to see the unit before signing.Property Manager Responded

$$ Not Worth
September 13, 2018Not very luxurious. Took our entire deposit and added a $60 fee on exit. I have ALWAYS gotten the entire deposit back when I have lived places so that fact that they charged me over $350 on move out is ridiculous. I wasn't expecting my entire apartment deposit back but the additional fee was uncalled for. My apartment always smelled like pot and people let their dogs poop all over the place even though the complex provided places to dispose of waste (though their bag dispensers were empty half ...the time). Location was great. Price does not match the quality. It wasn't bad, but not at all worth the price.Property Manager Responded

Too expensive, poor quality housing with the facade of "luxury"
May 31, 2018Pros: - Close to Easton and any store you could possibly need - Convenient to 270 - 24/7 gym, included in rent - Laundry in all units - Two bathrooms or more in each unit - Pets allowed (with some breed restrictions) Cons: - Units are NOT smoke free. Lots of websites list these apartments as being smoke-free but that is NOT TRUE. Management lied to us and told us they were when we asked. Fortunately nobody had smoked in our apartment before we moved in and none of our immediate neighbors smoked, ...but there are a lot of complaints about the issue (as evidenced by frequent emails from management.) - Extremely loud noises at night if you live in any of the buildings near the Walmart loading dock - trucks unload all night long. - Very poorly insulated apartments. Windows are poorly sealed and leak air constantly - and outside walls are freezing. We had water literally FREEZE on the walls of our shower that was along an outside wall. Maintenance was not helpful. - Maintenance does a bad job - they just plugged in but didn’t hook up our washer or dryer which caused a huge mess when we tried to use them. - Management is deceptive and just out to charge you whatever they can. They once “accidentally” drew an extra $2000 from our bank account and took 12 days to return it to us. - Dog poop everywhere and some people let their dogs off leash to roam around. It is a lease violation to have your dog off-leash, but management won't do anything about it.Property Manager Responded

Bad to worst nightnare
January 30, 2018I lived in an apartment with mold for 4 months and they were not fixing it u til I hired a professional . There maintenance team is terrible, the office staff not helpful. I was basically a dollar sign and my health and concrns with the mold we devalued. They dotnt do much for snow removal. There are hidden fees. You can't remove a pet from the lease, dead or alive, their policy is to support the company not the renter. Worst 7 months ever. Had to pay a lot of money to get away from these ...people. September 9, 2015The apartment complex is really good. Nice peaceful community, good neighbourhood. Walkable distance to Easton complex. Easton complex is visited by an average 21 million people every year. Easton mall is the biggest mall of Midwest. Walmart, Sams club, Best buy is right in front of the community. All eateries within 0.5 mile radius. Maintenance is great. COTA bus stand is next to the community.If you live in this community, you can save lots of gas as everything is within 0.5 mile radius.Review from Apartments.com
