RUN!!!!
November 26, 2021This is NOT what the apartments look like and management and maintenance is a complete joke. The breaker for your electricity will mysteriously be damaged and the maintenance team will take their time calling you back and fixing the problem. They never return calls and there is always random charges on your rent. Save yourself time and stress - DON’T RENT HERE!!!!!Property Manager Responded

No too bad!
November 10, 2021I like my apartment; giving 3 star because my move in experience was HORRIBLE and kitchen looks nothing like that. All my appliances are old. The yellow old looking stove, it's not the white appliances. I asked when they would be replaced and they said only the apartments that really needed them. The area is very quiet; apartment complex is clean. I do agree they put more into making the outside look good. I haven't had any issue with maintenance. We have been here for almost 2 years and things have turned around 180degrees!
February 10, 2019When we(My wife and I) first moved in we had a few issues but after new management things have really been flawless and any maintenance wise is taken care of within a week. Unless its serious then it's within 24 hours, if you have any issues at all just walk to the office(or call) and it will be taken care of. August 5, 2016I moved out the beginning of June and was charged over $300 for a move-out clean on less than 1000 square feet. This was after I had paid someone myself to clean the apartment. When I questioned the amount, I was sent an itemized bill and move out charge list. I did not receive the move out charge list when I put in my notification and was charged for things that simply were not true. I sent another request for explanation to both the property manager and management company and received no ...response. I think is because I suggested they had conducted fraudulent practices by charging fees in order to take advantage of the fact that I had prepaid my rent for the month. In addition, I was charged pet cleaning fees, but my pet deposit wasn't applied. This occurred after spending a year in the apartment and having to deal with black mold on the vents and the windows, wet carpet in the closet that was never replaced, a canned light and part of ceiling above the sink that was never replaced after water came pouring out from the upstairs apartment, and a cabinet facing that was "fixed" by using glue and masking tape.
