Renters Reviews and Ratings
Unable to move in
September 18, 2023Signed a lease starting October 1 and was told 2 weeks prior to move in that construction was “behind” and not able to move in on scheduled date. 2 weeks! Have sold home and have to be out of house October 5th. They say apartments will be ready Nov. 1st now but no guarantee. I wonder how many ppl had given their 30 day notices and now have nowhere to go. This is exceedingly unprofessional and inconsiderate as it displaces people. They had to know a month ago it wouldn’t be done on time. Had I ...known, I would not have accepted offer on house and scheduled closing for October 5th.Property Manager Responded
