December 11, 2025I don't know where to start. I am overwhelmed with all of the amazing amenities here at the Braydon Apartments in Napa, California! My family & friends who helped me move were impressed the amount of space that I now have. Upon seeing the storage area that's behind the kitchen for the first time multiple people(including myself) were super surprised! I have a balcony that gets sun. A garage to park my car that still has room for other things(after I park). There's two pools, a workout area, a ...mail room. My freezer has an icemaker in it. I could go on and on! Even beyond move-in, Larissa checked in with me to see how I was settling into my new home. Aside from my downstairs neighbor being pretty rude on my move-in day, the Braydon Team has been exceptional. August 13, 2025Most things are good. Still waiting for all the swallow nests and bird poop to be washed away and removed now that the swallows are gone. We would really appreciate our porch being pressure washed because it is covered in bird poop. The door to the courtyard in 733 keeps having problems, and I think little fixes are working ok, but it is really hard to open now. No issues inside the apartment itself. Place was nicer without all the speedbumps, they are really annoying and there are too many of ...them. Mailroom works MUCH better now with the luxor room app, thank you for changing that system. Pool and gym are clean and work work well. Any chance we can add a spot to wash our cars or have hose access? I know a survey asked about this at one point.Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2025The apartment complex is great, love the neighbors and the staff. The amenities are amazing, and I love the sense of community with the various events held each month! If is also a very dog friendly complex. The only thing I don’t love is the parking is very limited. We have an assigned spot but there are often no unmarked spots available making it hard to find a spot for my husbands car.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the money
October 26, 2021It isn't luxury as there are very thin walls, poorly designed features (garages under bedrooms) and location is within eyesight and walking distance of a homeless camp. It is also very noisy from the parking lot and traffic on Imola Bridge.Review from Apartments.com
