1 have lived here a going on a year now, and will soon be renewing for another year. I love my neighbors and love the feeling of us being a community not just an apartment community. I have lived in many different apartments in Huntsville as well as other towns. All had good and bad points such as staff, neighbors, property value. Not to exclude Brazos, there are good and bad days here was well. Some times the resident manager can be a little grumpy and strong willed, she is only human though.
...She is very intelligent and she is always on top of her game. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help her residents as well as her staff in anyway needed. You can tell the property is ran by individuals that are more like a family than coworkers. The maintenance supervisor as well as the assistant manager are comedians in their own right, and to see Mrs Harethas smile each day as she walks property is a true blessing, what an amazing soul she has. It is apparent that the staff takes pride in their jobs and the property. The Brazos is an older community and is well taken are of by the manager and her staff. I do feel safe living here however I am still diligent in making sure of my own safety as well as my neighbors. One will only be safe if aware of your surroundings at all times, but living here makes it more comforting.
