May 5, 2025The Breakers Apartments offer easy access to the Ann & Roy Butler trail, where you can jog, bike, paddleboard, and more! These older apartments are charming and cozy, with plenty of large trees to provide shade from the Texas heat. Management, staff and maintenance are courteous and prompt!Review from Apartments.com

May 1, 2025I have enjoyed staying at Breakers for the past year. The best part of the apartment is access and proximity to the Lady bird lake and Downtown.. I love taking walks on the trail every evening. Views of the lake and sunrise from my apartment are really good. Community is lively and peaceful and safe. Management staff are approachable and genuine. Service requests are addressed and solved quickly. The homes are slightly old, but I have not experienced any major issues.Review from Apartments.com

April 15, 2025The community here is very nice and respectful. Anytime we have needed maintenance, they're reliable and quick. The rest is a good price point compared to similar apartment complexes. Free coffee from the office, pool is always clean. Also Paige from the main offices is an absolute gem, crown of the Breakers honestly. You couldn't ask for nicer staff.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2025The apartments themselves need upgrades. Things are continuously breaking and instead of replacing old appliances and counter tops and bathtubs they just choose cheap ways to fix them.
