My husband and I recently moved in. The staff, specifically Paige has been a joy to work with. After years of homelessness, we finally were able to get an apartment. Thank you to the staff for giving us a chance. My husband loves the lake, has been fishing here and my dog and I love the trail. Thank you again for this life altering opportunity. We love the apartment.

It's amazing. To be so calm and quite yet in the middle of Austin. I compare it to a miniature version of Central Park. Beautiful nature among all the concrete and construction.

Amazing place to live. Close to downtown. Paige in office is the best. Literally right on the trail. Pool is amazing with a view. Best value for where it is and prices don't jump. Massive community. Neighbors have been kind and no noise issues been here 5 years

The Breakers Apartments offer easy access to the Ann & Roy Butler trail, where you can jog, bike, paddleboard, and more! These older apartments are charming and cozy, with plenty of large trees to provide shade from the Texas heat. Management, staff and maintenance are courteous and prompt!

I have enjoyed staying at Breakers for the past year. The best part of the apartment is access and proximity to the Lady bird lake and Downtown.. I love taking walks on the trail every evening. Views of the lake and sunrise from my apartment are really good. Community is lively and peaceful and safe. Management staff are approachable and genuine. Service requests are addressed and solved quickly. The homes are slightly old, but I have not experienced any major issues.

The community here is very nice and respectful. Anytime we have needed maintenance, they're reliable and quick. The rest is a good price point compared to similar apartment complexes. Free coffee from the office, pool is always clean. Also Paige from the main offices is an absolute gem, crown of the Breakers honestly. You couldn't ask for nicer staff.

The apartments themselves need upgrades. Things are continuously breaking and instead of replacing old appliances and counter tops and bathtubs they just choose cheap ways to fix them. The location is great but they just need to do more upgrades to the actual insides of the apartments not just the outside
