The condominium is constantly littered with trash, showing a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The stairways and handrails are always dirty, and the wood on some of the structures is deteriorating.
The neighborhood is also a major issue, with loud noise late at night. The Night Patrol service is ineffective. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they create countless obstacles before they are willing to investigate a complaint.
There is also very little supervision of the
...common areas. It is common to see unauthorized people using the swimming pool. I have personally seen former residents returning with their families to use the pool on multiple occasions, with no action taken by management.
Another disappointing policy is that monthly leases are not allowed, forcing residents into long-term contracts. This appears to be a strategy to make it difficult for unhappy tenants to leave, despite the poor living conditions.
Overall, the property suffers from poor maintenance, inadequate security, lack of enforcement of community rules, and management that does not adequately address residents' concerns.
