Things keep breaking. Pool keeps closing I've had several things break since I've moved here. I've reported my dryer not working now three times. Our pool has not been open most of the summer.

Pool and property not maintained and little communication from management Residents have to pay a premium to live at this property and the management cannot keep the pool open. Last year the pool was closed 40% of the time compared to prior years and this year so far is looking to be on par with last year. The pool was closed all of 4th of July weekend with no explanation and is now closed again most of this week and this weekend. We have to pay all of our rent. The management should give us ...
ALL our amenities especially the pool or give us a refund. It's disgusting that the management can treat us this way. Also they advised us they are shampooing the carpets on the 1st floor of the buildings next week. Dogs pee on ALL the floors in our building and the 4th floor of the 501 building hallway carpet is disgusting. This is so NOT "luxury" living.

Parking Parking is a problem. If I come home after about 6 at night, I have to park far away from my apartment , or in the street. If it is late at night it puts me at risk for being attacked. If I have groceries it also makes it difficult. Otherwise so far it’s nice living here. Thank you

Review Parking needs to be addressed. Whether too many passes are being sold or what but the 501 building never has parking spots and the 401 building gets so full they start parking over there as well taking spots. Other than that great apartments.

I have lived here for almost a year. This place is not kept clean and there is garbage leaks from their valet garbage throughout the building hallways and outside the building. The units leak inside when it rains and they refuse to test for mold when it clearly shows signs of mold from water damage. Office management will ignore any complaints.
