  • Nice property and working staff but poor management

    Location, views and amenities will be nice when ready. The working staff are friendly and competent, however the office management is not responsive to legitimate tenant concerns. There have been numerous issues as there can be in a start up. For instance, all amenities are not available, main building and parking entrances are not open, fire alarms have gone off due to malfunctions numerous times, water leaks, wind noises, paperwork is frequently wrong. We had to have our lease corrected for ...
    mistakes at least 4 times. Management refuses to give any concessions even though they are not supplying everything that is offered in the lease.
