I’m only giving it a one star because I have to and the neighbors are nice I guess. But honestly this is the worse place I’ve ever lived. It’s overpriced. It’s mold everywhere. Nowhere to park. Poorly put together. Management is horrible. They’re always finding something new to charge. And the office is always finding some excuse on why they’re closed for the day. Trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare.

There are too many cars for the few parking spaces, I have trouble finding a parking spot when I come back from work. I see people working on mechanics every day in the parking lot, I think they leave their clients' cars in the parking lots.

My building is quiet. Building has a lot of cobwebbs on the doors, windows, stairwells. When it rains I have high puddles of water in front of my door and through out the breezeway..

Maintenance is slow at coming to fix anything, cobwebbs everywhere outside the door, building, stairs. A resident parks his huge work truck in front of my window to where I can't see outside, also the truck is huge so I cannot get in my car nor can the person on the other side.
