September 8, 2025Unfortunately, the quality of this property has been on a decline. Not worth the money I’ve been paying. I’ve been here for 3 years and it’s progressively gotten worse. 1) there are roaches, and I’ve asked pest control if they treat the outside of the property as well as the hallways and they claim they do, but I know this is not true. 2) In addition to the roaches there are a lot of random bugs in the hallways, there are also scorpions 3) the gates and rails throughout the property are starting ...to rust which is unacceptable for a property that is only about 4 years old. 4) I have had plumbing issues where the pipes under my bathroom sink will randomly disconnect. I’ve had these issues since day one. I expressed concerns about mold potentially being an issue if the problem isn’t properly addressed—still hasn’t properly been addressed as it continues to occur—so I’ve just given up at this point. 5) People leave their dog waste all throughout the propertyProperty Manager Responded

June 11, 2025I’ve had a great experience living here. The community feels safe, the grounds are well-maintained, and any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled promptly. My neighbors are respectful, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how quiet the complex stays, even during weekends. June 8, 2025Stephanie helped me with an easy move in. I signed my lease before even seeing my floor plan in person, but I instantly fell in love! Interior is amazing and I can’t wait to try out the amenities!Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2025Each time I have submitted a maintenance request it gets fixed the same day! I'm impressed with the professionalism of the staff here and the amenities are always well taken care of.Property Manager Responded

The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the transition to my new home seamless. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone has been friendly and responsive to my needs. The community is clean and well-maintained, and I love the amenities and layout of my apartment.
