November 18, 2025The staff has always treated me well, friendly and knows their stuff. The property is good, I use the sky lounge a lot. I live on the 4th floor so the elevators are a blessing. Other properties don't have them.Review from Apartments.com

October 28, 2025Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. The amenities are nice, and the property is well-maintained — the team really does try to keep everything in good shape. I’ve submitted a few maintenance tickets, and they were handled promptly. My only suggestion would be improving the app for community communication and reaching the leasing office, since it can be a little slow at times. Calling directly tends to work better. The staff is friendly, the residents are nice, and the location is ...great. I definitely feel you get what you pay for, it’s worth it!Property Manager Responded

September 8, 2025Unfortunately, the quality of this property has been on a decline. Not worth the money I’ve been paying. I’ve been here for 3 years and it’s progressively gotten worse. 1) there are roaches, and I’ve asked pest control if they treat the outside of the property as well as the hallways and they claim they do, but I know this is not true. 2) In addition to the roaches there are a lot of random bugs in the hallways, there are also scorpions 3) the gates and rails throughout the property are starting ...to rust which is unacceptable for a property that is only about 4 years old. 4) I have had plumbing issues where the pipes under my bathroom sink will randomly disconnect. I’ve had these issues since day one. I expressed concerns about mold potentially being an issue if the problem isn’t properly addressed—still hasn’t properly been addressed as it continues to occur—so I’ve just given up at this point. 5) People leave their dog waste all throughout the propertyProperty Manager Responded
