Ongoing Police Presence and Privacy Concerns

I would not recommend this building. There are frequent police visits due to ongoing incidents, and residents are often questioned or watched when entering or leaving. It feels like people are being profiled. Management may be sharing tenant information with police without proper permission or consent, which raises serious privacy concerns. Overall, this has made living here uncomfortable and stressful.

Our management team does not share resident information except when required by law or in response to official requests from authorized authorities. We are committed to handling all resident information in accordance with applicable privacy policies and standards.
Local law enforcement may occasionally be present in the surrounding area as part of their independent responsibilities, which are outside of management’s control.
We strive to maintain a respectful and welcoming community for all residents. If anyone has concerns, we encourage them to contact our management office directly so we can address them appropriately.
