Good luck sleeping!
March 31, 2022Decent apartments but please be warned! There is a Lincoln SUV that parks here whose car alarm occasionally goes off 20-30 times all throughout the night. It’s 4am as I write this because it’s been keeping me up. I can also here my downstairs neighbors moving around and I’m guessing they can’t sleep as well. Ear plugs don’t work because the windows here are not very soundproof. I’ve talked to the office multiple times about this for one year now and they seem sympathetic and yet here I am typing ...a frustrated google review in the middle of the night. Cue cheezy, cookie cutter ‘we’re sorry’ response by the company below.Property Manager Responded

INFESTED with Booklice
July 21, 2021I moved into Broadstone McKinney 2 weeks ago on July 1st and discovered BOOKLICE! They are getting into my food, my dishes, in the bathroom, carpet....everywhere. Now, I am having to move out because they refused to put me up in a hotel while they treat my unit. Furthermore, the property manager came to my apartment and threatened to make me sign a "form" so that I won't talk about the booklice with anyone else. I am having to throw away all my brand new furniture without any compensation, and ...I am losing everything almost overnight and being thrown out of my own home (which is what it feels like).
