Friendly staff, clean apartments. The management is separate from the ownership, leaving well intentioned people sometimes performing subpar services.
The contracts are NOT student friendly, do not allow for month-month leasing after fulfilling first contract.
Excessive fees and do not allow for buyout of lease, even if abandoned.
The roommate matching is random, and management will not act quickly to remove roommates who violate the lease, even if it includes violent behavior. ...
Ultimately, the building and it's amenities make it a good place for near-campus living, but be sure to know your roommates before moving in, as management does not move swiftly, even in the case where a reasonable person fears for their safety.

I love how I have my own bathroom that connects to my bedroom. it is so convenient! The room was in pristine condition when I moved it and so much furniture is provided for you which makes moving in easier. I would definitely recommend the bridges to freshman at NDSU!

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex overall. The location is convenient, the amenities are well maintained, and management has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. The units are clean, modern, and feel very comfortable to live in. My only complaint is that it can be a bit noisy at times, especially during evenings or weekends. That said, it hasn’t been a dealbreaker for me, and I would still recommend this place to others looking for a nice place to live.

When I came in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The building is very nice and clean overall. When it snows it the walkways seem to get cleared in a timely manner. Overall it is a nice place to live.

The apartments are in a nice location if you are a student at NDSU. The outdoor areas of the apartments are not very nice. Parking is very bad there are not enough spots for the amount of people living here. Dog poop is never picked up. During the winter sidewalks are never salted and are very slippery. They have had multiple instances where packages have been stolen. In the fitness area equipment is broken a lot of the times. I will say it is nice to have your own bathroom and it’s nice to have ...

I love the bridges! It is a safe community to live in, and it is close to campus. My apartment is modern, and I got setup with a an amazing random roommate x3 times. I love the amenities, but I really wish the vending machine was working that would make my experience 6/5 stars :)!

Overall the bridges is a nice place to stay in a pinch, unfortunately wont be renewing because it is just to expensive for what you get. The appliances aren’t great, there was already a bunch of damage and wear and tear when we moved in. Staff is friendly

Living at The Bridges has been a really positive experience overall. The staff is always very friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything that comes up. They do a great job keeping the building and common areas clean, which I really appreciate. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the amenities are well taken care of, making day-to-day living pretty convenient and comfortable.
One thing to note is that it can get a little loud on the weekends. Since a lot of students ...
live here, noise levels sometimes pick up later at night. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise. Even with that, I’ve still really enjoyed my time here. The location is super convenient, the environment feels welcoming, and overall it’s been a great place to live while being close to campus.
