Wonderful Property!
November 26, 2024I have lived here since 2020 and it's been wonderful! The office staff and maintenance are always so friendly and helpful. My A/C went out last summer and maintenance came in the middle of the night and fixed it. The grounds always look neat and well maintained. Beyond horrible
November 18, 2024First off, I am not one to go out of my way to leave a bad review. I understand that things happen that are out of others’ control, but seeing some effort to fix issues that are brought up would certainly put my mind at ease 1.) The landscaping is terrible. Downed trees and limbs that are left on the ground for weeks, grass clippings left on sidewalks and in corridors, etc. 2.) The trash piles up frequently within the receptacle enclosures, often over the edge of the dumpsters and is left lying ...about for days until it’s collected. 3.) When a complex advertises security and locked gates, I expect them to work. In 10 months of living here, the gates have been fully operational MAYBE 1/4 of that. They are either left open, won’t open, or are partially shut. 4.) The biggest issue of all is that I have experienced three plumbing-related issues while living here. A busted seal under the kitchen sink, a leak that came through my ceiling in the bathroom, and most recently a kitchen faucet that blew off, flooded my kitchen and ruined some personal belongings. All of this on top of a mediocre-at-best paint job, missing trim and horribly outdated appointments. 4.) It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone above on-site management. I have left voicemails and sent emails and I've never received the first response. All in all, please steer clear. I must say that Shelby in the front office is more than helpful and very respectful, but this is out of her hands.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
October 13, 2023We have lived at the Bridges for over 6 years. The office staff is always helpful and courteous. The maintenance staff is great! Any needed repairs are completed the same day. Go somewhere else
July 17, 2021From what I am told, this used to be nice until present management group took over. Now it is advertised as luxury but is barely better than an economy apartment with luxury pricing. Pool and amenities are usually not working properly or down entirely. The security gate is broken the day after it's repaired, and has been like this for the 2 years that we've been here. We're only still here as our next move will be our forever home and don't wish to go through the process of moving again. Oh, ...and office staff usually ignores you. The only positive is the maintenance staff as they at least seem to care and take pride in their work.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2020Ever since the complex sold and switched management this community has gone down hill. Their phones are constantly “temporarily offline” when they are on they don’t anwser. Parking is terrible, in most areas they have more paid cover parking than general. Gates have been out of commission for over a year and there’s more. On a positive note they do have a great maintenance team.Review from Apartments.com

Won’t give deposit back
December 3, 2017My company rented me a two bedroom apartment. I lived there only one week when my mother got sick. I had to leave town to be with her. My company moved someone else in to finish the lease. When I moved in I put a $350.00 non refundable pet deposit down plus a $150.00 refundable pet deposit. When I moved they promised me I would get back my $150.00. But 3 months later all I get is the runaround. I wouldn’t rent from a company that won’t due what they promised. They kept telling me they had to get ...into the apartment to inspect it well I was there for one week and my pet is potty trained and have never ever peed or ruined anything. A month after I moved they told me they still haven’t inspected the apartment. Well someone else has been living there for three months now. September 5, 2017The apartment are beautiful you guys! But mangers be so lost because there is always new people that are confused. Long story short brides on Kinsey has this policy where they have to give us a 24 hour notice before anyone come in your apartment. Well they didn't they broke and entered into our apartment!! Oh and not to mention they forgot to give us our rent bill. They give us 100 late fee the next day because they claim they gave us our bill. BUT read this part, they hang our bills on our door ...do you know how unsecured that is anyone can take your bill OR you never get a bill like we did! So our bill is 100.00 more because they didn't give us a bill. Monica in the office told me I could of walked down there. Terrible Staff
December 20, 2016I guess "sewage smell in my apartment" doesn't merit a same day service call. The gates have literally worked 5% of the time I have lived here. The staff is a revolving door of unprofessional, unresponsive, people that fake respect and attentiveness. Great Place to Call Home
December 8, 2016This is my second time to lease at the Bridges. I looked at other properties, some far less expensive and some with more amenities; however, at the end of the day, you can't beat the great staff and quick response to any concerns or maintenance needs. I'm a little disappointed in the carpet in my unit and that the access gates are not operational, but overall, the location and well maintained properties are the best.
