August 1, 2025Overall the experience is good. My biggest complaint is my neighbor leaking water and dirt onto my balcony constantly from their plants. Also, the leasing staff do not follow up as they say they would.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025Great experience. Love these apartments! Great community as well. Only thing I wish they would improve is the traffic conditions in the neighborhood. There is a lot of people speeding through the development and near the shops, wish we could add speed bumps to make it safer with all the kids.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025I’ve been living here since November. I have nothing bad to say. Neighbors are nice and the dog park is cool. My dog loves it. Staff is responsive and nice. The place is nice and spacious for an apartment. The balcony is a nice touch. They have cool events every so often. I have yet to check out the pool but I see people using it a lot.Property Manager Responded
