  • Lived here for a decade.

    September 11, 2025
The building is a little ropy - the ventilation isn't great and there's (now) a loud business next door... But Sheldon (the landlord) elevates the place. In the ten plus years we lived upstairs, we never had a problem he didn't address in short order. Fridge breaks? Oven glitches? Folks downstairs bring in roaches? New appliances, repairs, exterminators. We looked after the place and he looked after us for a very respectable rate. I don't rate on things never going wrong, I rate on what the ...
owners do when something does and by that standard, the Bristol is top notch.

  • Move in at your own risk

    June 14, 2022
Sometimes your mail will get stolen. The landlord takes forever to get things done. I had issues with my apartment before I moved in and they weren't dealt with until MONTHS after I moved in. Basement smells all the time . Dryer doesn't dry cloths . There was a rat and roach problem . Neighbors are pretty cool though, except the ones who steal mail.

  • Do not move here!!!!!

    October 4, 2021
This building is absolutely disgusting, do not even think about moving here. The rent is cheap for a reason…. The first night I moved in with all my new furniture I saw roaches everywhere… and I mean EVERYWHERE, cabinets, closets, walls, bathroom, ceilings, anywhere you could think of. I couldn’t touch anything without one crawling on me. Not only that, but they were all in the hallways and laundry room, coming inside my unit as I walked in. I was not aware that previous exterminations happened, ...
until I noticed them. Then, from other tenants I learned my unit had been infested for a very long time, and they are not going away. Again, I should have been aware previously, but the landlord didn’t care to tell me any of this information…(Unit 6) Other tenants have seen roaches and they are throughout the whole building. I honestly have nothing to say that is good about this apartment. The walls were so dirty and just painted over, everything is rusty and old, including the shower, all kitchen appliances, and the tile floors, with holes in the boarders of the walls. Please save your time and money and do not stay here.

The rooms are BIG; appliances are small apartment sized considering the room sizes are big. A bit on the noisy side by either other tenants and / or the traffic, no real storage to speak of

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
