NEW MANAGER IS FANTASTIC
August 29, 2024My daughter relocated from out of state to attend CCU and we shopped several communities in the area. The one thing that no other property had was the property manager that made us both feel so confident about the property and apartment. Misty took time with us to answer all our questions and explain in depth the process. My daughter moved in 3 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. I did not feel anxious leaving her in SC because she is thrilled with her living arrangements and feels like she ...has a home away from mom and dad that she will enjoy. Every apartment complex needs a Misty. Super professional but so friendly and genuinely happy doing her job. I understand she wouldn't speak negatively but she had the most positive attitude and wonderful things to say about her staff and upper management. She definitely takes her job to the next level as a manager because some of the other tours we went on were rushed, brief because they shoved paperwork in our faces and sent us on our way by the leasing staff and not once did we interact with a manager. Rent if you don’t care about maintenance issues
June 7, 2022i’ve lived here for over a year with a non working washer and dryer, light to the outside if my house not working , stove working when it wanna work, and 10000000s of maintenance requests being completely ignore but when I threatened to call the BBB is when they wanna send me and eviction notice for $2.44 . FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESSReview from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!
May 21, 2022Before you sign a lease make sure you get in writing and walk the unit they are putting you in. These buildings are 20+ yrs old and have alot of issues in each unit. Mold fleas roaches leaking ceilings the list goes on. If your desperate maybe but do yourself a favor and try harder to find another place.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE
December 20, 2018I’ve said this before and I will say it forever, DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This is the worst possible place to live in the area and it just kept getting worse. I had my room cleared out before my lease even ended! I came home to thousands of dollars worth of stuff GONE!! It’s a shame when you work hard for everything you own, and for no one to help me get anything back! It’s been a month since this happened and not a single thing has been done about it. Inconsiderate
September 27, 2018The first day of move in my keys were messed up , the original building and roommates that I was supposed to have got removed without notice. Not only was I the first one there but the last one to move in after 8 hours of waiting. Not only were dog fees voided for pitbulls but not everyone had the option to get a pet fee voided. My roamates were very nasty. They allowed an illegal occupant to stay since day one which resulted in them trying to get me out. I was attacked with Mace and my voice was ...never heard.
