Buildings are old and falling apart
June 25, 2022Management was very nice, but the buildings themselves are falling apart. Maintenance was constantly having to shut the water completely off for "repairs" - at least 3-4 times per month. We had a myriad of maintenance issues - the garbage disposal which took a week to fix while it stank up the apartment, the AC in the bathroom didn't work, the AC for the apartment made a loud BANG sound every time it shut off (every time for 2 years straight), the paint in the bathtub was peeling off (which they ...repainted the morning we moved in), the oven door broke, we had water damage in our pantry because of leaky pipes, and our bathroom doorway leaked dirty brown water. Maintenance was nice and very good at responding, but it seemed there was constantly something wrong.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Absolutely amazing place to live!
March 20, 2020We cannot say enough GREAT things about our time at the Brixton. The staff is wonderful, and incredibly friendly. As a military family, there were lots of unknowns from move-in to move-out, and the staff was beyond understanding. They went out of their way to make sure we had a place to stay during uncertain times. We felt very safe on the property, and there was always an abundance of parking spaces close to our apartment. Our two-bedroom unit was furnished, and we were very impressed by the ...quality of the furniture. The maintenance staff was great as well, and completed orders on time and efficiently during our stay. Overall, we would definitely recommend the Brixton apartment homes!Property Manager Responded

Great apartment experience
April 26, 2019Our company leased an apartment for one of our jobsite managers while working on the Shannon Hospital. The Brixton staff were wonderful to work with so helpful. relaxed apartment environment
December 12, 2016I would recommend The Brixton Apartments if you need a more relaxed apartment environment. PERFECT for those at Goodfellow. Oliva truly sets the benchmark for what she does. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had same day. The management running the show are top notch to summarize. Chuck did an excellent job fixing my AC issue and a few other work orders -- prompt, friendly, effective. it was the nature of the work that did it for me.Review from Apartments.com
