June 7, 2024Broadwater is a beautiful community. It is well maintained and cared for, the staff are attentive and care about their residents and quick to help when a resident needs something. The pool area is clean and always inviting, the gym has just been newly renovate. Our newest neighbors are nothing short of kind, considerate and we would not trade them for the world. We have lived here almost a year and are already planning to renew the lease for another 1.5 years.Property Manager Responded
