I m now 1 year staying at this beautiful home, the community and the neighbor hood are so cooperative, and if means to buy my own houses, I will choose to have one close to Broadwater, it's next to school, shops, hospital and all I can name it.

I moved in at the beginning of December and I honestly don’t have anything negative to say. The front office is very attentive—they listen and make a real effort to ensure everything goes smoothly, from paperwork to move-in day. The office and maintenance teams are wonderful. I also love that the complex is secure, clean, and quiet.
