Love this place!
November 22, 2023I have lived at the Brody for about six weeks now and can't say enough about how great it is. The property managers, Nora and LaTasha, are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that all of our needs are met. It is clean, the other tenants are friendly and the amenities are excellent (gym, rooftop, etc.). Also, the concierge and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and actually know who you are. Too noisy to enjoy
June 25, 2019I am routinely driven from my apartment by drilling projects that can take all day. We aren't provided notice in advance. It's a new building, so this was unexpected and is definitely excessive. In addition, on a daily basis, I hear everything my upstairs neighbors do.
