Attitude of management and Neglect of property are not worth the price!

This has been the worst apartment experience I've ever had.
Since the passing of Shirley, the office staff is consistently and incredibly rude, defensive, and unprofessional (Alicia, Michelle, Giovanni, Felicia...etc.) Getting basic questions answered or issues addressed feels like an inconvenience to them. When there are property-wide problems like hot water outages or other maintenance issues, residents are rarely notified proactively, we only receive information after multiple people ...

The property itself has been neglected for months (years). Dog waste is left throughout the grounds, and the dog waste stations are never restocked. Roofing work stopped after a tragic fatal accident involving a construction worker, and the job was never completed. Construction materials still litter the property. Exterior painting was started months ago with test patches, but crews never returned, leaving buildings half-painted. Many buildings have visibly rotting wood and deteriorating exteriors, giving the entire complex a neglected and unsafe appearance.
Management seems content to collect rent while allowing the property to fall into disrepair.
The only positive is price for location. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.
