Don't let appearances fool you because the apartments are very modern and nice in my opinion. With that being said, there are so many disappointments from no security cameras, multiple car thefts, dirty elevators, smelly trash in the hallways, loud music, revving cars, marijuana smoke and urine odor competing in the hallways. No package delivery security..sticky fingers may even help themselves from taking a package placed at your door... again, no monitoring cameras. Watch your step because not ...
all but many tenants will not clean up after their pets. Pool closes at 9p however, it is not surprising to see very young children basically unattended in the pool at 11pm. If you expect a decent nights rest, it is not promised or guaranteed. Maybe this is a good fit for some
