Do not rent from this place. They will try to reel you in by the looks of the apartment. Management is TERRIBLE. They will NEVER respond to you if they don’t want to answer a question or don’t know how to answer something. The elevator is CONSTANTLY out of order. There’s nothing luxury about this apartment. You have to take out your trash in the garage, no trash shoots at all, no valet trash, there’s no gym, no pool and your packages are up for grabs as anyone can walk into the building to get ...

Falsely advertised ample parking, but does not exist. Additionally, the parking elevator is frequently out of order, making accessibility a major issue. Avoid.

No parking and awful management

Parking is promised (and charged at $250/ month) but the garage is flooded and the car elevator is broken more than it works (yes this is a must to use in order to park for half the bldg). The rest of the place is falling apart. The front doors which are behind a badge/ combo access can just be pulled open. Management is unresponsive and nothing will be done when your package or bike gets stolen.

The Brooks will promise you parking garage, but you will never get it

The Brooks promised parking garage to tenants, but people have been leaving in this building for more there 10 months without access to garage. People responsible say that they will fix the problems, but this never get done. Do not rent apartment in this building!!!
