Moved out years ago due to poor management, roaches, mice, garbage pileup, and many more issues. They flat out refused to give me my security deposit back despite there being zero damage to the unit. Unit was thoroughly cleaned before leaving. Attempted to get my deposit back for years now with no actual reply ever given. It's been five years.

I received a tour from Sara yesterday for a one bedroom apartment and it was super informative! I love the way the buildings are set up and the way the sidewalks give easy access for walking. They give you a packet with renter requirements, so it’s easy to see what you need to apply. The apartments looked in great condition from the outside and I loved the demo apartment I got to see inside for the one bedroom.

Two roomies and I recently moved into the complex. Needless to say, we had quite the process to get here and were slowed down by various exterior factors unrelated to Brookeville themselves. Jason and the rest of the team were very patient and committed to getting us into our new home. There has been quick response time to issues we have had thus far, namely the AC not working when we first got here. The problem was fixed quickly!

I've lived here for over 10 years and rarely had any problems. Maintenance takes care of problems quickly and I've enjoyed my stay here. Really my only complaints are a loud downstairs neighbor and the old style windows let in too much air when it's cold.

This has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had renting anything in my life. The apartment was not ready when I moved in, it was invested with roaches which took them months to rectify, the cabinets are literally crumbling way as if there are termites here, there is always trash all over the complex, I can't use my dishwasher, there is water building up in my basement, a visible water stain on the second bedroom ceiling, and the people in the leasing office are unorganized and rude! ...
I have never met a group of people so unenthused to do their jobs-and because of how they treat people out here, I have no respect for them. The customer service standards are so low and ridiculous and unprofessional they need to get rid of the person responsible for managing this place! I didn't want to believe all of the negative reviews online, before I chose to sign a lease here, but now I regret ever choosing this place! They are the worse group of people to try to work with!! Because I care about my credit I don't want to break my lease, but I think about it often.

I was a tenant here for 4 years and due to a job loss I had to forgo my apartment. The team at the Brooksville really worked with me to get my balance owed paid off which was amazing. My kids loved living here. There are plenty of children there with a safe place to play which is rare at a lot of complexes. So I never worry about them when they go out my front door to play. There is also 2 locations to catch the busses to school so I never worried about them walking to or from the bus stops. My ...
neighbors were great and friendly too. Although I've been gone for 4 years I still keep in contact with those families. I'm very excited to come back. The kids are super excited so to me, move in date can't come soon enough.

I wouldn’t even recommend this apartment to satan himself. The office staff is so horrible and rude, like really? Y’all have no place to be actin out with your mold filled apartments. You pay for pest control but honey you sure as heck don’t receive service from them. Bugs all over the apartment and a few mice have been caught. They refuse to fill your work orders. I went to the office to let them know that and they said every work form they have says completed WHEN NO ONE CAME TO OUR APARTMENT ...
TO FIX IT. Just don’t live here, you’re wasting your money..a box would be better than this.
