New managers do not clean and take forever to fix the problems you have in your apartment. Building is really old they always have problems and the new supervisor doesn’t help either! Parking sucks and the laundry room is always dirty with machines never working!!

I called about a vacancy and the woan over the phone went on a full interview and laudry list of requirments. Since I didn;t have our paycheck stubs off hand, I gave a ballpark figure and was quickly told we don't qualify. I really wish places would stop doing this to potential renters. I'd like the see the place first before I give up my information.

I have been living at the Brookshire Apartments for almost 4 months with my 2 small children and we absolutely love it here! The Manager Linda (or Ms. Linda as my boys like to call her) and her husband have been very sweet and kind to my boys and I. I have already locked myself out of my apartment 2 times and they were both very kind when I called to ask for a spare. I was reading some of the reviews on here and I actually liked that she was very forward on what the requirements are to qualify ...

over the phone before I even came in to tour the apartment. I have had many embarrassing situations where I have been told "yeah sure come check it out" only to find out that it is too far out of my reach. When I came in to fill out my paperwork, the phone rang constantly and I was surprised at the number of callers just rudely hang up on her in the middle of her telling them what the requirements are. Thank you for your on going kindness to my children and I to the whole staff. From management to the pool guy. We absolutely love it here! It's beautiful, peaceful, and I feel safe.

Contrary to what a few of the comments say, Linda and her husband are AMAZING. Literally the sweetest apartment managers we ever met . They are great managers and you can tell they really care about people and the apartment complex . Anyone who lives here is lucky to have them as managers

I just called and spoke to the lady she asked me what I made and how many people then she started talking about the place n the parking and said oh well I hope you find a place I said excuse me and she said you don’t want the garage it’s small and I didn’t even say anything she didn’t let me even speak n she says have a nice day and I was still trying to talk .. she hung up!! I am so shocked maybe she isn’t all there wow !!

My husband and I are in serious need of an apartment as our lease will be ending this month. I called and spoke with Linda (apartment complex manager) and she was extremely rude and judgmental over the phone. She told me had nothing available at first. I gave more information in regards to my financial situation (combined with my husband, we make 8 times more than required) and that’s when I heard the smile in her voice. She said she did actually have ONE apartment, all of a sudden, and told me ...

she’d give me a call when it was ready to be viewed that weekend. I never got a call back and my husband never got a reply to his email. Either she judged me over the phone and decided right then and there I was not suitable for her complex, or there is simply no need for her to fill their vacant apartments. Linda, you are by far THE most unprofessional individual I have EVER dealt with. I feel sorry for your current tenants. Rant over.
