I absolutely loved touring this community! The apartments are stunning, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was so welcoming and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everything from the amenities to the location exceeded my expectations. I’m very excited about the possibility of calling this place home!

I had a fantastic experience at The Brookstone. Laura and the team were incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to – she really listened, answered all my questions, and followed through on everything. You can tell they genuinely cared about the property and the people there. The place is beautiful and everything was impeccably clean. Best experience I've had with an apartment visit and highly recommend.

Tearion was very pleasant, a breath of fresh air compared to most new leasing agents. She was very kind and patient with us during our tour. Even in the rain she showed us the perfect home for my family. Thank you! Amazing, new homes and we love the private stairs they were the icing on the cake.
Overcharging and dishonest company

My nephew, Alex, was overcharged by this apartment complex during the application process. They refused to refund him the full amount and then falsely reported him to creditors, claiming he owed them — even though he never signed a lease and decided immediately not to move forward.
He’s not alone — many others have left reviews about similar issues, including being misled about fees or having money taken unfairly. This place is dishonest and untrustworthy. Stay far away.
Beautiful apartments

We have lived here for almost a year now and are happily renewing our lease! The apartments are still very new and we love the 2 bedroom. it’s great for 2 adult roommates because the rooms are split very evenly. The leasing staff is very very sweet and helpful!
