LOL don't waste your time
February 5, 2025Since I've moved in I have had many many issues. Maintenance has done what they can do but simply put I am tired. Can you imagine coming home checking to make sure there's no water leaking out of something? Or roaches crawling on the walls or on your stove top? Or that gnats haven't taken over your bathroom? Or even getting ready for a funeral and as you're about to leave there's a leak, you call the office no one answers, you go into the office and the only thing the person in there has to say ...is "did you put in a work order? The maintenance team is on call"? Sounds ridiculous right? That has been my reality since I've moved into this complex in July. They lie, are rude and don't care. Literally pick anywhere else. “Renovated”
January 15, 2025These apartments were “renovated” right before I moved in. I’ve been here 9 months and have had to submit 20+ maintenance requests because the poorly done, cheap renovations can’t hide the buildings’ age. Bug problems, water leaks (ceiling, under sinks, up through floor boards, you name it), doors aren’t sealed well (even after maintenance “fixes” it). November 7, 2024I lived in this complex for 3-4 years and would not recommend. Buildings are old, originally built in the 1960's and 70's. Ownership has changed hands several times over the past several years and money has been invested in lots of external cosmetic updates. However, The inside of the buildings are still full of water damage from years of unfixed plumbing issues. They just pull the old "landlord special" and cover it with a coat of paint. The larger of the two swimming pools (the one that ...isn't visible from the leasing office) is rarely open in the summer because it is filled with green algae. Staff in the leasing office is not very responsive to phone calls or emails. Maintenance staff will often "take a look" at a problem, but rarely care to fix anything.Property Manager Responded

New management is horrible
October 27, 2023I never realized how important good management was when renting until now. They are always overcharging me. They gave me a weeks notice that I'd have to move in to another apartment due to renovations. These renovations have been going on for a year.
